Abstract
JoinTV is a "social viewing television service" that NTV has developed. The combination of television and Facebook^[○!R] has made it possible to change the way television can be enjoyed. This service combines the current datacasting system with cloud technology. Each of the 100 million digital terrestrial TV sets in Japanese households can utilize this service.
