Abstract
In this study, we successfully fabricated a photosensor using red (R)- and green (G)-sensitive organic photoconductive films with In-Ga-Zn-O thin-film transistor readout circuits. The R- and G-sensitive layers were separated by 10-μm-thick interlayer insulator. All fabrication process was implemented at a temperature of 150℃ or less.
