Abstract
The brain is recognized as a very large-scale network system in which the basic element is a neuron. To investigate this mechanism, we simulated for typically 2D 9x9 mesh arrayed neuron network with Hebbian leaning. For one shot stimulation, we could see excitation wave propagation. Then, we assumed that the route of spike propagation in network was optimized since particular synaptic weight was increased. To verify our assumption, we examined the direction for each synaptic weight of each neuron. As a result, particular direction of connection was observed significantly. This suggests our assumption.
