Color Image Enhancement Based on Neugebauer Model

Abstract

We propose a method for color image enhancement based on the Neugebauer model, which expresses an arbitrary color as a weighted combination of primary colors. The proposed method changes the weights to enhance colors. Experimental results show that the proposed method can enhance the colors in images naturally without gamut problem.
