Abstract
We have developed a seamless switcher for switching full-featured 8K video signals (approximately 144Gbps) with Ultrahigh-definition Signal/Data Interfaces (U-SDI). Considering the extensibility for an increased number of channels, we used cross point switch devices rather than FPGAs.
