Abstract
Near-infrared spectroscopy is utilized for the sugar content measurement of fruits. However, only a few studies focusing on the non-destructive analysis using a hyperspectral camera have been conducted to date. In this study, we predicted the sugar content of apples by using a hyperspectral camera without damaging the apple surface.
