Abstract

A current-driven domain wall(DW) motion in magnetic nanowire has been utilized in MRAM. In order to reduce the driving current of DW, we estimated the DW velocity dependence of the applied magnetic field direction from a simulation. Our analyses indicate that in-plane field is effective for fast DW driving.
