Abstract
This paper takes up 2-component mixture spherically-symmetric Gaussian distribution model with signal’s degradation and sparsity, for the statistical modeling of DFT coefficients of video signals. To abstract the essence from these massive modelling results, clustering in the model space is indispensable. This paper discusses the centroid computation in the model space, requisite for the clustering.
