Abstract

We have developed MPEG - 4 ALS hardware encoder which support s high - resolution audio streams. By implementing only encoding tools available in MPEG - 4 ALS Simple Profile and optimizing DSP (Digital Signal Processor) program s, we achieved MPEG - 4 ALS hardware encod er with real - time processing for high - resolution audio streams.
