Abstract
The optical transmitt ing module we have researched for underwater optical video transport system so far has a problem that it can obtain neither sufficient optical modulation depth nor the optical receiving efficiency for the stable tracking. W e developed a n optical transmitter using the current mi rro r circuit and an optical receiver with high - sensitivity by arranging LEDs in a donut shape on the Fresnel lens. We believe that this tra n smitting module can solve the problem
