Abstract
DTTB (digital terrestrial television broadcasting) signals are high accuracy and high stability waves. In this paper, we propose a frequency standard synchronized with DTTB signals, and we have made experiments of PLL. We describe the accuracy and the stability of the proposed frequency standard.
