Abstract
We have developed a magneto-optical spatial light modulator driven by spin transfer switching (spin-SLM). We have fabricated a spin-SLM device which has a 1000 × 1000 array of pixels with a 2-m pixel pitch and succeeded in its electrical operation. Moreover, we investigated a voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy effect in the spin-SLM.
