A management method of content entities for digital content management systems utilizing blockchains

Abstract

We have proposed a digital media content management system based on the blockchain technology. In this system, metadata such as copyright information or identification of a media content, not a content itself, is registered. It is also important to manage a content entity. It is useful to add the rights information registered in the block chain to the content itself to confirm legitimate use of the content. We propose a method of managing contents entities by a method of adding video watermark to the entities.
