Abstract
The request of the broadcasting such as the exhibition and the event come to the TV station in many from the government and municipal office, the group of the taste, and so on. New drawing system was developed to move the contents of the program before noon in the center of the information. The characteristic of this system is 'easy operation', 'to be cheap', and 'not to use the existent still video file.
