Abstract
A fire in closed places such as tunnels and underground towns generates the incombustible smoke and the flame plasna by heat ionization. We proposed to use a Square Coaxial-line Cell in order to check for the existance of shielding loss of electromagnetic wave in the smoke and flame plasma and considered shielding phenomena of the basis of computed and experimental results.
