Abstract
In this report, The 3^<rd> International Conference on the Science and Technology of Display Phosphors held at Huntington Beach, CA on November 3-5,1997 is reported. SrS : Cu thin-film EL device is promising for full color EL display, because it shows blue EL with good chromaticity. The development of the phosphors with high luminance and long-lie for low energy electron excitation is necessary. Several papers concerned to the degradation mechanism of the phosphors irradiated with low energy electrons were presented in this conference.
