Abstract
We have proposed a compensation method for the offset voltage variation in the poly-Si TFT amplifiers for a LCLV (Liquid Crystal Light Valve), where the error data are stored in memories and added to the video signals. Good uniformity of the output voltages of the amplifiers has been obtained by this method. A good gray-scale image has been achieved by a 2.7-in. poly-Si TFT LCLV with the data-driver.
