Abstract

The program index is designed to provide information to assist selection and search of broadcasting programs. We have developed a test bed for MPEG2 Section Transmission System on Program Index specification to evaluate the Program Index and its description profile. This paper describesthe outline of MPEG2 Section Transmission System and Evaluation System of Program Index.
