Abstract

At present, the scene in the earthquake is recorded in the VTR through "Skipbackrecorder(delay device)". Then you had to replace a tape to the VTR for sending out and you had to search the top of the necessary scene by manual operation. Since "Skipbackplayer" which we have developed, uses the DRAM system, you can search the top of the scene and play it instantly with one touch from the remote panel. Then you can easily and securely send it out on air.
