A Care System for Disabled People Using sound and image processing

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a care system that is able to secure the privacy of disabled people and lighten the burdens of their carers. Sound and image signals processing techniques are adopted in the care system. Detection experiments of the abnormality of electronic equipment that a disabled people always uses in his life were carried out. Results showed that each technique in the care system was effective.
