Abstract

CG(Computer Graphics)is widely used in many kind of fields, because of the recent progress of the CG techniques, especially, in modeling and rendering techniques. In the field of VR(Virtual Reality), CG techniques are very important in order to make 2 dimensional or 3 dimensional virtual world. It is, however, very difficult to represent virtual creature with locomotion and behavior. In this paper, estimation method of fish position and posture from video using object matching technique is proposed. Some basic behavior are segmented from the obtained 3 dimensional positions and postures. Finally, a novel locomotion is generated using the segmented basic behavior.
