Abstract
This paper presents a study on the mutual adaptation of multimedia data by using the human sensitivity factors. The factors of evaluation, activity, potency, brightness, and hardness are obtained for pictures. Those of evaluation, potency, brightness, and hardness are obtained for sounds and music clips. Those of activity, potency, brightness, hardness, and naturalness are obtained for video clips. As these factors resemble one another, different kinds of media data can be related by using these factors.
