Abstract
This paper describes traffic control scheme for carrier-scale VoIP services.The classification of control and the requiremets for traffic control are mentioned. Moreover, two kinds of distributed congestion control methods are newly proposed and those algorithms are shown. By simulation, characteristic values such as "quality satisfied completed calls" and CPU utilization are shown for elapsed time and load, and the validity of these proposed systems are discussed.
