SID2001 Report(CRT)
Details
This paper reports the papers presented in the CRT sessions of SID 2001. For CRTs, 20 papers including 5 poster session papers and 2 invited papers were presented. While 5 papers were presented by Philips corporation and 8 papers from Korea, the presentations from Japan were only 2 papers. The new technology for shorter depth CRTs as well as the ordinary basic approach to the fundamental technology, for example, simulations and analyses, were mainly discussed in this year.
