In this paper, we propose a media linking method called "VisionMark" which aims to realize a system supports personal works to manage contents. The system by using the VisionMark translates the real workd context into a network address of the content which a user marked, and manages the address on a server in the network. The implementation of a personal content access management system based on the VisionMark applied to TV broadcast and paper media is also described. The implemented system allows users to manage contents among difference media, and get contents in an instatnt by a simple marking operation, and can be accessed from various terminals by dealing with personal contents information as XML.
