Large screen 3D-stereo theater brings us enhancement of reality. However, such a 3-D theater provides us fatigue that we don't experience with 2-D theater. This fatigue is supposed to be caused by the discrepancy between vergence and accommodation. In this paper, we compared both vergences in observing a real object and a 3-D virtual object. The results showed that there are some differences in vergence depending on the method for presentation of 3-D object. The results also showed that in the case of 3-D presentation that was easy to make a binocular fusion was used, the vergences were same as that of in observing real object.
