Abstract
In order to measure and estimate the current source driver IC for organic EL display, we have constructed a low cost and highly accurate measuring system which is supported by a personal computer. The driver IC has many outputs so we have to measure the currents accurately and quickly. In this point, it is effective to use a computer on the system for convenint controlling of the equipment and quick treatment of the results. The IC we have measured outputs minute current, therefore it is affected by noise much and we have tried to reduce the effect ion of noise.
