Abstract
CMA Adaptive Array Antenna (AAA) can reduce interference signals without a reference signal when the desired signal has constant envelope. However if it applies to a base station of ITS Road to Vehicle Communication (RVC), the CMA AAA is difficult to separate both vehicles when the vehicles are crossed each other. As a result, some times the desired signal is suppressed after crossing both vehicles. In this paper, we evaluate the possibility of the problem of CMA in RVC system and propose the method to avoid such a problem by mitigating the of constant-envelope properties of undesired signals using timing shift of the synchronized point of cosine roll off filter.
