Abstract
Recently, the necessity for a system which supports an access to video medias has been increasing. In addition, it is strongly desired to take the user's preference into account to realize a more useful system. For this purpose, we propose a system which can automatically acquire the user's preference by monitoring the actions by the user, as well as which can provide the functions such as the efficient retrieval and browsing of video media, by taking advantage of the metadata. From experimental results, its usefulness is verified.
