Abstract
Non-verbal language plays an important role in interactive human communication. It is the best efficient way to communicate feelings, and especially helps understanding between cultures. We have previously proposed a new conception, avatar language, to describe various non-verbal behaviors around the world. We have made investigations into the way of 3-Dimentional Avatar Chat System on the Internet and Web Browser with VRML Plugin. And We developed the Online Avatar Language Dictionary System with CGI and VRML technique in the process of that 3-D Avatar Chat System.
