Abstract
The construction of the optical access line transfer is done by temporarily interrupting network service. However, to obtain the consent of all accommodated customers, a lot of time is spent on the adjustment of the schedule. This paper reports on the result of examining the transfer method that avoids service interruption. This method is a technology that installs another temporary route between an optical coupler and an outside optical splitter, matches its distance with main route, and transfers signals data without service interruption.
