Projector-camera Interface with Gesture Recognition

In this paper, we propose the simplified click operation based on gesture recognition and develop intuitive interface using it. Click operation is performed from detection of a fingertip position using an infrared image. Recognition of algorithm is used to change an angle and position of the fingertip. A Recognition results is reflected in a projected image which is calibrated between projector and camera. As the experimental results of drawing interface, our system is comfortable and intuitive in comparison with a conventional touch panel interface.
