Abstract
We report a 2.2/3-inch 4K2K single CMOS image sensor based on a dual-resolution-and-exposure (DRE) technique. The motion information from the red and blue signals is used for spatio-temporal deconvolution of the green/red/blue signals to improve the sensitivity of image sensor by a factor of 4× in comparison to a conventional progressive scan.
