Electroholography has been attracted as a three-dimensional (3D) display since holography can reconstruct and record a 3D object. In reconstruction, however, it is difficult for real-time reconstruction because its calculation cost is enormousness. In the report, we describe a fast calculation algorithm, wavefront recording method, which is capable of generating a 2,048×2,048 hologram from a 3D object with 3×10^4 points at 10 frames per second. In addition, we describe an improvement of the wavefront recording method, which cannot record the size of a 3D object larger than a hologram.
