Abstract
We have already proposed a texture reconstruction method using statistical property of DCT coefficient. The conventional method can make texture reconstruction image of natural subjective quality. However, the conventional method has a problem that discontinuities of block border degraded texture reconstruction image quality. Therefore, we purpose quality improvement of the conventional method. The experimental results showed that the proposed method can make natural quality than the conventional method.
