Abstract
The nondestructive inspection for crack detection in basic and high accuracy is needed for operating nuclear plant facilities in safety. This report presents a new method of non-contact probing for cracks on metallic board by using antenna. In order to verify availability of this method, we performed numerical analysis and experimental measurement of various length of cracks that exist 20mm away from antenna.
