Abstract
In the ICCE2011 which is one of the largest technical conferences related to consumer electronics, keynote speeches and technical sessions are programmed according to the main conference theme of this year: The future of digital media. In the technical sessions, various research fields of papers are presented, which range from basic techniques and their applications of traditional CE products like DTV, recorder, and digital camera, to a new trendy technologies such as 3D and smart grid. The number of oral and poster presentations is substantially increased because the actual conference days are extended to four days from the previous three-day conference. As a new trial, free mini tutorial sessions and Nokia-sponsored demos are performed, which are well attracted by the attendees.
