Abstract
We have developed the manufacture and design support system by using projection display based on argument reality. At the practical implementation, ARToolKit is useful for matching the position between virtual and real object. However, the marker necessary to use the ARToolKit is interruption for design support system, since the marker overlaps with the design or image. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the technique for matching the object to the projection image without the marker by using the natural feature detection. As the result, a visual interruption in the design support was able to be removed dramatically compared with the conventional method, while minimum edge for the feature point emphasis was needed.
