Abstract

This year is the 10th year from the start of the nation built on intellectual property (IP). However, the philosophy of the intellectual creation cycle is not nearly-defunct and citizen's sensitivity about IP has not improved. The core of this problem is that goods and IP are deviated and another managed. In this paper, the new IP model and its management model which can solve this problem has been proposed.
