Abstract

Attempt in the rapid diversification of information and media device content, and try to change on a voluntary basis the role and positioning of the library has begun in many parts of the nation. University Library, was able to keep the status in the intellectual property surface and number of books as "agglomeration of the earth" is still among them, but significantly recently, many students away to visit the library. Such a background, some librarians and staff take working and cooperation with local community, at the same time enhance the utilization of university libraries, have begun efforts to build a new image of a library that meets the needs of the times. The announcement, on this measure, and the local library, and introduced in the form of case studies the efforts of university library, We would like to think frame of "branding" the idea up there.
