Optimization of Characteristic Impedance of Differential Mode Rectenna Unit

In this paper, optimizations of the differential mode rectenna unit that we have proposed are discussed. As the rectenna unit is device that integrates the antenna elements with the rectifier circuit and operates as differential mode, high conversion efficiency can be obtained with very simple structure. This paper focuses on a characteristic impedance of line of the rectifying circuits. The optimization of the characteristic impedance is investigated experimentally.
