Abstract

We developed a combined sensor that can obtain the information for handling robot employing compound eye camera. Proximity sensing is based on the stereo images. Tactile information is obtaind through the method known as a light conductive plate. We verified the performance of the improved version of the sensor device consisting of the minituarized compound eye camera.
