Abstract
With the spread of mobile devices, the application by using the augmented reality (AR), becomes currently easier. In addition, product packages or posters providing various information using the AR becomes popular in mobile devices. The presentation method using the AR is classified into two types: marker-type AR and markerless AR. The markerless AR does not have a demerit to break package design unlike marker-type AR. However, the markerless AR may not implement it with the mobile device because it need large amount of calculation, and high processing capacity of the hardware is found. Therefore, this paper studies a method enabling the AR in mobile devices by using AR markers unified with product package designs. AR markers are concealed in common package designs. It cannot be found with naked eyes because AR markers are unified with package designs without affecting the designs.
