Abstract
Radiation efficiency of an electrically small and low profile antenna is improved by stacked elements. The meander line elements are stacked closely with an interval of 25 μm. The elements are close to the back conductor with a closest distance of 2 mm and satisfied the ka=0.476. This electrically small and low profile antenna has achieved a radiation efficiency of 79% in both simulated and measured results.
