Abstract
We have operated KSU area one-seg broadcasting service taking advantage of TV white space since September 2012. The KSU area one-seg broadcasting service aims to contribute to the community by providing many useful pieces of information and news about our university and the neighboring area. Broadcasting outdoor events live is an effective means to attain our objective. In this paper we make live broadcasting system using an RTSP server and a WLAN connection and carry out a demonstration experiment at our campus festival.
