Abstract
When stationary observers watch 2D moving images simulating rotations around each of three axes, roll, pitch, yaw, the subjective scores of uncomfortability relating with visually induced motion sickness increases at around a certain rotation velocities. However, we are not sure whether the same kind of effects of rotation velocity with stereoscopic moving images can be obtained, because we have found that there are some effects of stereoscopic viewing on a characteristics of visually induced motion sickness induced by 2D images. Therefore, in the present experiment, we examine the effects of rotation velocity of moving images simulating observers' rotation around each of the three axes. As a result, we found the same kind of characteristics between stereoscopic and 2D images.
