Abstract
In Japan, stores usually continue maintenance and repair of the cars. However, many users lost the maintenance factory because a sales agent was changed when second-generation smart was released. The user with a problem was saved, because one user of Kochi sent information such as the maintenance with blog. This blog has come to be recognized widely. Because the user who sent information to lived in Kochi, Kochi became the sacred place of smart. A touring meeting has be begun by this user. This is reported as one case example of the regional activation.
