Abstract
We have proposed subpixel structure consisting of multiple slope arcs for the moving Arc 3D images and clarified that the influence of the arc discontinuity by subpixel structure on perceived depth can be suppressed by decreasing pixel pitches. When the interval between broken lines is from 2.0 mm to 1.0 mm, perceived depth is degraded. On the other hand, at the broken line interval of 0.5 mm, good perceived depth dependence can be obtained. Thus, the appropriate subpixel pitches for subpixel structure in arc 3D display are clarified to be less than 0.5 mm.
