3-9 Development of Low-Delay Transmission System for Return Video

Abstract

We can use analog broadcast program as a return video. It is an essential item of monitor in live TV program production. Now analog broadcast program is no delay, but from Jul 2011 we must use only digital broadcast program with delay. Then it is difficult to communicate between studio reporters and remote site reporters smoothly. Therefore, we have developed low delay transmission system via internet.
