6-8 Hybrid Write- and Erase-Addressing of Ultra-High-Resolution PDP

Abstract

A hybrid write- and erase- addressing technique is employed for the ultra-high-resolution PDP. Gray level expression is successfully achieved when the scan pulse widths for write addressing and erase addressing are 1.0μs and 0.5μs, respectively. The address voltage is 55V.
